Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free standard shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.
After processing, standard shipping generally takes approximately 5–7 business days.
The total estimated delivery time is approximately 6–10 business days.
Please remember that these are estimated timeframes. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order is successfully placed, you should receive an order confirmation email containing your order information.
If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact us if you need help confirming your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking information may take approximately 24–48 hours after shipment to become active.

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible purchases.
Returned items generally need to be unused and in their original condition, with applicable tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Because Elorabags offers handmade products and some pieces may be limited in availability, an identical replacement may not always be possible.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We recommend providing clear photographs of the handbag and any visible damage, as well as your order number. This will help us review the issue and determine the best way to assist you.
Are handmade variations considered defects?
Not necessarily. Since our handbags are handmade, slight differences in texture, stitching, color, or appearance may naturally occur.
These small variations are part of the handmade character of our products.
However, if you believe your handbag has a genuine defect or arrived damaged, please contact us so we can review it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
